PeakColo Expands Cloud Presence To Chicago

PeakColo will partner with PlusOne, a Chicago-based data center service provider, to provide low latency services in that region. Chicago brings the total number of PeakColo cloud regions to six, including Seattle, Denver, New York, New Jersey, and the United Kingdom.

PeakColo offers a 100% channel-centric business model. White-labeling PeakColo's IaaS cloud services as their own, resellers rapidly enter the cloud marketplace under their own brand, preserving their customer relationships. PeakColo is VMware vCloud® Powered and is a Platinum-level NetApp service provider. Recently, PeakColo raised $7.5 million in growth equity capital from Meritage Funds and Sweetwater Capital.
