Parrish Construction Group Announces Partnership with Ware County Schools to Renovate, Build
Georgia construction firm awarded multi-purpose building additions and renovations for schools
Online, April 19, 2012 (Newswire.com) - Parrish Construction Group, a leader in academic, commercial and industrial projects, today announced a partnership with Ware County Schools to complete multiple projects across the Ware County School System.
The district-wide, multi-purpose facilities construction management at-risk contract has a $3.5 million budget. The scope of the project includes the renovation of 7,380 square feet at Ware County High to create athletic facilities for wrestling and competitive gymnastics. At Ware County Middle School, Parrish will complete a 15,740 square foot addition to include athletic and dressing facilities. Finally, at Waycross Middle School, a new 16,150 square feet addition will be constructed to also include athletic and dressing facilities, as well as locker rooms.
Parrish has previously completed multiple projects in the area and for Ware County Schools specifically, including the renovation of Memorial Stadium, the Ware County High School Fine Arts Auditorium and classroom addition and the 65,000 square foot Ware County High School CTAE additions. The additions involved two new architectural award-winning state-of-the-art classroom building and labs.
