OrchestratedBEER announces a new informational webinar series designed to help breweries better understand the features of OrchestratedBEER's brewery management software system and the benefits of running a centralized system like OrchestratedBEER.
The new informational webinar series will be informative and useful for craft breweries that have ever wondered how OrchestratedBEER ERP software works or how it handles different scenarios in a brewery from a business perspective.
Starting Wednesday, April 10th, the new five-part series will present real-life scenarios, visuals, illustrations and common examples of how craft breweries would use OrchestratedBEER to accomplish various tasks on a daily basis.
The five-part webinar series will take place over the next five weeks, starting Wednesday, April 10th at 12p.m., PST with a General Overview session. The webinars will be presented virtually via Go-To-Meeting.
Below is a schedule of the upcoming webinar series:
Part 1: General Overview - Wed., April 10th, 2013 12-1pm (PST)
Part one of the series will present an hour-long walk through of all the processes involved in the production of beer and how OrchestratedBEER brewery management software can help growing craft breweries run better by automating processes and reducing labor costs.
Part 2: Managing Recipes - Wed., April 17th, 2013 12-1pm (PST)
Part two walks through the process of managing recipes in OrchestratedBEER and how it can help keep records, track ingredients, recipes and track your cost of materials related to each beer type or style.
Part 3: Planning & Production - Wed., April 24th, 2013 12-1pm (PST)
Part three presents an overview of the brewery production process and Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) functionality built into OrchestratedBEER. This session demonstrates how brewers would use OrchestratedBEER brewery software to carry out brewing scenarios such as planning, scheduling and production.
Part 4: Accounting & Financials - Wed., May 1st, 2013 12-1pm (PST)
Part four will address managing brewery accounting and financials in OrchestratedBEER and how it automates accounting transactions in the background as processes occur.
Part 5: Sales Order Fulfillment & CRM - Wed., May 8th, 2013 12-1pm (PST)
The series will conclude by addressing the sales order fulfillment and CRM scenarios and how OrchestratedBEER can help brewery sales staff members make better promises to customers by having access to accurate, updated information.
