Before moving to Florida in 1991, the Copps previously owned two real estate companies in upstate New York. For five years they co-chaired the Realtor Political Action Committee (RPAC) for the Manatee Association of Realtors (MAR). Norm was an instructor for MAR and Pat served on the Board of Directors for many years. Both have earned the Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI) designation.
