Stay Alfred Makes Business Journal's 2019 Middle Market Fast 50 List

Hospitality Startup Ranks #21 Among Washington's Rapidly Growing and Innovative Companies

Stay Alfred, the alternative accommodations pioneer and largest provider of travel apartments, recently ranked #21 on the 2019 Middle Market Fast 50 List as published by the Puget Sound Business Journal. This List is made up of rapidly growing, innovative companies that move the needle in the Washington region and across the country. 

The List rankings were determined through a weighted score that factors in the size and revenue growth of a company from 2016 to 2018. To be considered, a company must be headquartered in Washington state, have revenue between $25 million and $1 billion in 2018, disclose revenue for years 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, and state employment number for 2018. 

Stay Alfred has expanded into 33 cities with over 2,500 units in the best walkable downtown neighborhoods so guests can experience the city like a local. The 300-person company, which has hosted more than 800,000 guests, leases partial to entire buildings and operates them as upscale travel apartments.
