Setting the Stage for Virtualization

At SCTE Cable-Tec Expo 2017, Intraway will showcase how they are supporting CSPs and MSOs on cloud migration, Business Services, and next-gen technologies such as 5G, IPTV, SD-WAN, and IoT.

With Communications Service Providers (CSPs) and Multiple Systems Operators (MSOs) taking a close look at their OSS architecture to prepare for virtualization, Intraway is excited to discuss how they are supporting providers’ digital transformation at SCTE Cable-Tec Expo 2017. The leading event for the cable telecommunications industry and network innovations will take place at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver on Oct. 18-20.

At Cable-Tec Expo 2017, Intraway will demonstrate how their solution, Symphonica Business Services, reduced a nine-day provisioning process and seven workgroups to a couple of minutes with zero touch and eliminated 90% of the labor that was associated with provisioning. In addition, Intraway’s North America’s CTO Steve Marsh will join Alan Breznick, Heavy Reading’s senior analyst, and other industry leaders, in Light Reading’s Virtualizing the Cable Architecture breakfast roundtable to discuss the industry’s early trials and pilot programs with SDN and NFV.

“We’ve attended the SCTE Cable-Tec Expo for a decade and we always look forward to the event. This year, in particular, we’re excited because of everything that’s going on in our business regarding cloud migration, virtualization, smart data, and setting the path towards digitalization,” shared Marsh regarding Intraway’s participation at the event.

“We’re looking forward to interesting conversations with service providers regarding what their current infrastructure looks like, where they want to be in the next couple of years, and how we can support them during that journey,” he concluded.
