New Children's Book 'Fearfully Brave' Helping Kids Understand Feelings, Emotions and Themselves

'Fearfully Brave'

Co-authors Jen Zahari, Madi, Hannah and Angie Bush are excited to announce the release of the first book in what is being dubbed as the "Fun with Feelings" children's book series.

"Fearfully Brave" was officially published in November 2019. The authors are excited to bring this fun series into the hands of kids throughout the world.  With a specific focus on helping children to understand their feelings at this influential point in life, each book focuses on two opposing feelings. Book 1 in the series, "Fearfully Brave," focuses on Brave and Fearful. The book provides a creative setting in the woods with bright colors, fun names and an engaging storyline.

The team wanted to make the stories fun and relatable for young readers. The books are suggested for readers ranging from 3 to 8.

"We wanted to give children and parents, teachers, friends, relatives, grandparents and other influential adults a fun light-hearted storyline that makes it easy to talk about feelings. We are working to build stronger kids today to be stronger people for tomorrow. Mental and emotional crisis is on the rise. If we can teach our young folks about emotions and feelings, acknowledge them and encourage discussions, we can potentially reduce these issues for future generations," says founder and co-author Jen Zahari.

Each book offers writing space in the back of the book where children can draw what they believe the feeling looks like with space to write.

We invite you to check out the book today and share with friends.
