March 1 Hop Stocks up 9 percent from a Year Ago The inventory of hops held by growers, dealers, and brewers on March 1, 2017, totaled 140 million pounds, 9 percent more than the March 1, 2016 stocks inventory number of 128 million pounds.

Stocks held at dealer and grower locations on March 1, 2017 totaled 105 million pounds. Stocks held by brewers was 35.0 million pounds.
