Back2Us Radio announces that Bobbie Zenker, Eli Strong, and Lakara Foster will be joining the network as radio hosts
Online, October 22, 2013 (Newswire.com) - Two new shows on the Transgender Thursday line up are Trans West with Bobbie Z and The Strong Stance with Eli Strong.
Bobbie Zenker, host of Trans West, is a Montana attorney and author. Bobbie is often called a trailblazer; and, her debut show on Back2Us will be the first female hosted show on the Transgender Thursday lineup. It will air on Nov 7 at 9pm. Bobbie's memoir TransMontana, available on Amazon.com (See transmontanathebook.com), is the story of Montana hunter and county attorney Robert Zenker's transition from a male, popularly elected public official to modern, professional woman.
Eli Strong, host of The Strong Stance, is a community activist, educator, and star of the documentary American Transgender. Eli's debut show on Transgender Thursday will air October 24 at 9pm. Eli will tackle the topic of Privilege in all of its formations. The Strong Stance is going to take on all of those things that "we don't talk about in polite public society".
Soul Food Sunday with Brown Sugar Vibe Host, workshop empowerment facilitator and author, Lakara Foster will air the 4th Sunday of each month. Lakara and her best friend, DJ E will be spinning the sounds of yesterday and today while they serve up a healthy dose of food for the soul. Lakara's book, The Grown Woman's Guide to Greatness, available on lakarafoster.com, discusses the eight spiritual lessons that every woman must learn to grow.
