NATB Makes A Difference By Donating More Than $4,000 In Chicago Bears Home Opener Tickets For RMHC Of Chicago & Northwest Indiana

Members Support Families in Need with Ticket Donations and Volunteering.

The National Association of Ticket Brokers (NATB) donated 50 tickets valued at over $4,500 for the Chicago Bears game on August 9th to Ronald McDonald House Charities of Chicago & Northwest Indiana. The tickets were donated as part of a long-lasting relationship between the NATB and the charity.

This initiative allows families to take a moment to put their worries aside and enjoy a few hours of cheer during an otherwise difficult time. NATB members have also dedicated over 60 volunteer hours to change the lives of many RMHC families. Volunteer activities include preparing meals, hosting reading nights, art nights and bake nights with the children staying at the RMHC.

Through the four Ronald McDonald House® programs, RMHC of Chicago & Northwest Indiana provides a "home away from home" for families of seriously ill, critically injured or medically fragile children receiving treatment at area medical facilities. The Houses offers a nurturing and supportive environment including a place to eat, sleep, launder clothes and unwind. Through this program, RMHC of Chicago & Northwest Indiana has served countless families.

NATB member businesses and the NATB Gives Back charity committee have launched several initiatives that will touch other RMHC Chapters in the United States. Through ticket donations and volunteerism, the members of the NATB family are making a difference in the lives of children and families that rely on RMHC.

About National Association of Ticket Brokers:
The NATB was formed in 1994 by a group of concerned ticket brokers who desired to establish an industry-wide standard of conduct and to create ethical rules and procedures to protect the public and foster a positive perception of the industry. While the goals of the NATB are many, our primary goal is to represent the interests of legitimate ticket brokers by promoting consumer protection and educating the public about our industry. This is done by assuring the public that when dealing with an NATB member, they are working with an honest, reliable broker that will deliver what is promised. In addition, the NATB has created a platform that allows the public to report unethical conduct by ticket brokers.
