Metallica's Kirk Hammet Finally Sells Pacific Heights Mansion
After nearly 3 years on market, Kirk Hammett, lead guitarist for heavy metal royalty Metallica, has finally sold his eight-bedroom, 10-bath San Francisco Home.

First listed for $12 million, the home languished on the market for nearly 3 years until TRI-Coldwell Banker's Top agent Nina Hatvany listed it for $8.995 million in Sept. 2009.
