Beal will be responsible for the 21 year-old Boston firm's secondary research team development, market and competitive intelligence for clients, as well as, business development.
Beal joins the Market Directions team from research industry powerhouse TNS (Taylor Nelson Sofres, part of the Kantar Group), where as Director of Global Business and Competitive Intelligence she led the development of global market research strategies for consumer, financial services, information technology, pharmaceutical and professional services sector clients.
Beal comes to Market Directions with more than 20 years of experience in primary and secondary, qualitative and quantitative market research serving in various positions at New England Financial, Digitas, IBM, Mass Mutual and Penn Mutual. While at IBM, Beal's executive level reports, which clarified decision making for IBM at senior levels was the top marketing achievement of the year.
