Manila Channel To Sell 35% Share

For the investor who will purchase the share, as we have computed the return's time, it is in an average of 2-3 years before they can get their ROI, but it is also feasible to happen within a year.

Google accredited online news site is selling 35% of its shares of stock.

The fast growing online news site in the Philippines is opening the bid to all interested local and overseas investors in the online business. The fund to be generated from the purchase will be used for the website operations, such as brand promotion, marketing staff' and field reporters' salaries, some website development and other website operation expenses.

"The deal is part of the company improvement plan to expand our online visibility and increase our daily news content for the 11 million plus OFW readers across the globe." Bryan Cinco, the owner of the said news site stated. "We are not earning as of this time yet because we are prioritizing the site visibility, partnership and trainings of a number of field reporters. However, soon we will come to that because no doubt it is important so we can sustain the company requirements, return the investment of our potential investors and maintain the long term plan of Manila Channel."

"For the investor who will purchase the share, as we have computed the return's time, it is in an average of 2-3 years before they can get their ROI, but it is also feasible to happen within a year. The mentioned average time is just the safest way to say it." Cinco added.

Manila Channel started publishing news last August 7 and it mainly targets Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs). It has recently been certified as a Google News Site and is getting more positive feedbacks since then. The site is under Article Writes IT Based Services, a company located in Leyte, Philippines which began its operation in a garage.

Recently, Manila Channel has partnered with 8 Magazine, a local and abroad lifestyle and travel magazine, 8 Television a Local Channel airing outdoor and countryside activities and joined the mission and official media partner of World Wild Fund (WWF) Philippines to save the environment and wildlife.

Manila Channel is currently working on a game partnership with a Facebook multi-million game provider company, which is known to be the second largest online game producer in the world, to launch free and subscribed games for Filipinos and OFWs soon. Manila Channel will be the first website in the Philippines to be partnered with this big online game company.

The said game company has been recently appreciated by Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg last September at TechCrunch Disrupt because of its increasing revenue compared to another leading gaming company.
