K.A.W.S. Marketing Group Recruiter Recognized as Best in Her Industry in North America

Marketing Group's recruiter Elizabeth Kostilnik was recognized in the direct marketing industry for being the best in North America in the month of June. Elizabeth graduated from Mercer University with a degree in Mathematics. She started working for K.A.W.S. Marketing in February 2012 shortly after Scott opened up his Alpharetta location. She came to us because she was looking for an office that knew how to have fun while still getting the job done, and she was impressed with the team and family environment that has developed. Elizabeth has quickly worked her way up from an entry-level business development role and is now responsible for the recruiting efforts along with making sure all of her team members are happy and have everything that they need to succeed. She is currently serving as our Office Manager and HR Director and doing a great job! She is helping expand our office and getting the team ready for when we open up more locations later this year!
