Whether you have twenty-five minutes, or twenty-five years of security industry experience, this workshop will boost your ability to stomp out many fires that can happen in your everyday business. Specifically designed by and for security and integration industry professionals, this remarkable workshop will include role play and interactive audience participation in an extremely exciting, and organized "focus group" format.

Together we'll role play and explore several common challenges including some of your most difficult ones such as, "My neighbor (also your customer) is paying half of what you're charging me and I want to cancel my service immediately!" "Don't you dare charge me for a service call, I happen to know the owner of your company!" "This is my second false alarm this month and two different techs came out but didn't fix it. I'm switching companies!" "I just replaced all of the doors and windows in my house and I expect someone out today to re-wire them." "I'm sorry boss; I had to give away the store to get the sale because it was all about the price."

Learning Objectives:
1. Acquire at least four effective ways to defuse angry customers and save more who want to cancel.
2. Garner the ability to create a categorized list of various customer complaints and effective responses to take home and collaborate on with others.
