HottywoodHelps.com Changes Requirements for Youth Recognition and Announces May 2011 Featured Student of the Month

In an effort to ensure more youth are recognized, HottywoodHelps.com changes the requirements and title for its monthly featured student spotlight and announces its May Junior Hottywood Artist of the Month.

Over the course of the last four months, HottywoodHelps.com has put an age limit and artistic cap on the featured student spotlight section of its website. This month, the site has made two slight changes in order to accommodate more aesthetic youth. Changing the name from the former Junior Hottywood Writer of the Month to the Junior Hottywood Artist of the Month and allowing youth of all ages (up to age eighteen) to underline their talents, whatever they may be, offers an expanded opportunity to praise more talented adolescents.

This month, the site proudly announces its first four year old student, Dominique McCoy, as the Junior Hottywood Artist of the Month for her great achievement in having a recent drawing submitted to the 11th Annual Student Art Exhibition and displayed at the Ronald Regan National Washington Airport.

"I think it is such a wonderful thing what Hottywood Helps is doing for the youth; giving them a chance to expose their talents and allowing others to recognize and applaud them. If you watch the news as much as I do, you'd know there's mostly bad news regarding kids. We don't get a chance to reward them enough for all of the good they are doing. I'd like to congratulate the kids that this site features and thank Hottywood for bringing forth some good news, for a change, about our leaders of tomorrow." says Leah Braxton, HottywoodHelps.com subscriber.

HottywoodHelps.com would like to congratulate Dominique McCoy and her family for allowing her to be the gateway of proof that talent and art has no discrimination to age.
