Home Care Provider Completes Franchisee Training Course

Caremark Ltd have just completed another successful initial Franchisee training course, preparing eight Caremark business owners to kick start their domiciliary care businesses.

The two week training course is held by the Support Team in Pulborough, West Sussex and covers everything that a Franchise owner needs to know to start and build their business. Members of the support team work alongside some external representatives to impart everything needed to prepare Caremark Franchisee's to deliver the highest standards of care and support within their specific region.

Lynda Goldsmith, Training Manager of Caremark Ltd commented, "The course was very well attended, incorporating four different Franchises. The new training guide for the Carer Induction was included in the training programme; all of the attendees felt very supported by the guide and it was warmly received by all".

The newest regions to have joined the network and completed the training course are Cheshire West & Chester, South Cambridgeshire, Cannock and Lichfield, and Calderdale. The owners of these Franchises are of the highest calibre, coming from a broad range of backgrounds and experiences and are now all working hard to prepare their offices and for their CQC registrations. Chris Wandel, Franchise Manager of Caremark Ltd comments, "I am pleased that we have once again ably recruited highly motivated professionals for excellent opportunities".
