Hollywood Bar Seeks Redemption in Heat-Celtics Rematch

Online, November 9, 2010 (Newswire.com) - It was the Miami Heat's regular season opener and happened to be the most-watched regular-season game in history. That night also cost Whiskey Tango over $4,000 in complimentary tabs when they put their money where their mouth was.
Still confident in the "Big Three" and the Miami Heat, the Hollywood bar continues to pay everyone's tab any time the Heat lose for the entire regular season. That, of course, includes the highly-anticipated Heats vs. Celtics rematch this Thursday as Whiskey Tango seeks redemption. And, to up the ante, the bar is also giving away a pair of tickets to the December 15th game when the Heat take on Lebron James' former team, the Cavaliers.
This is the first promotion of its kind in South Florida. The decision to take this gamble came the evening it was made official that the Miami Heat had acquired Lebron James. Whiskey Tango agreed with every other Miami Heat fan that this team was making history. Now, Whiskey Tango is making history of its own and taking quite the gamble.
Here's how it works: All Whiskey Tango patrons who sign in with their server at least a half-hour before tip-off will qualify. Should the Miami Heat lose, Whiskey Tango will pay all individual tabs, up to $25 per person. This promotion runs for the duration of the regular season. The Miami Heat take on the Boston Celtics Thursday, November 11th at 8:00pm in Miami.
