Forcura LLC partners with Gaffey Home Nursing and Hospice to allow the company to become paperless.
February 8, 2013 (Newswire.com) - Gaffey Home Nursing and Hospice began using intelligent fax software from Forcura LLC in November 2012 and is seeing major benefits from the partnership. Prior to November, Gaffey employees physically printed, faxed and mailed documents to physicians, hospitals and other provider outlets. Forcura has allowed them to completely eliminate the manual process from their daily procedures, thus allowing the company to become virtually paperless.
Forcura is a web-based platform that seamlessly integrates with any healthcare company's existing software and allows them to send, track and receive documents electronically. By drastically reducing the time it takes to send orders and patient forms, the Forcura solution eliminates the manual processing of these documents thus improving patient care.
"We are seeing our profits increase tremendously as a result of all the administrative costs we have eliminated", said Kim Gaffey, owner of Gaffey Home Nursing and Hospice. "The time savings is invaluable; our document processing costs have dropped 50 percent".
Gaffey Home Nursing and Hospice offers a multitude of services to its clients including nursing care, occupational therapy, physical therapy and speech therapy. Because of the number of services offered, its staff generates a significant amount of paperwork while outside of the office. These forms can now be collected and sent electronically from the staffs' mobile devices.
"We have really enjoyed our growing relationship with Gaffey Home Nursing and Hospice", said Craig Mandeville, CEO of Forcura. "As Gaffey continues to grow, we will be there to support them and provide them the services they need".
Gaffey Home Nursing and Hospice is currently expanding its business to service patients throughout the northern Illinois and Forcura will help make that growth possible.
