Flexible Packaging Manufacturer Doubles Capacity With New State-Of-The-Art Production Equipment
LallyPak announces the acquisition of several state-of-the-art production machines. The addition of this equipment will increase its printing capacity, and broaden its laminating and converting capabilities in the production of flexible packaging.
Online, March 2, 2011 (Newswire.com) - LallyPak Inc, a leading printer, laminator and converter of flexible packaging materials, is pleased to announce the acquisition of several brand-new, state-of-the-art production machines. The addition of this equipment will increase its printing capacity, and broaden its laminating and converting capabilities.
In order to keep up with customer demand for high end flexo printing of 8-10 color graphics with optimal shelf appeal, LallyPak is proactively responding to that demand by gearing up to produce flexible packaging that will meet their customers requirements.
The new equipment includes the following pieces of machinery:
1 (one) New Uteco "Diamond" HP 808 8 color gearless press, which is Uteco's top-of-the-line Flexo printing press with printing speed topping 2000 ft/min.
1 (one) New Nordmeccanica Super Combi 3000 model 1500 laminator featuring Rotogravure coating , solventless, solvent- and water-based laminations, and in-register cold seal adhesive coating.
2 (two) New Husdon Sharp 600 Servo Pouch Machines that will produce a variety of stand up pouches and quad seal zippered bags.
LallyPak not only provides flexible packaging products as printed and laminated roll stock, it also supplies finished stand-up pouches and bags according to customer specifications.
