Exhilway Venture Capital Hits Big Screen Plans To Launch Pratyusha Banerjee

Exhilway Venture Capital fund will produce five movies in the year 2014. The fund plans to launch Big Boss 7 fame "Pratyusha Banerjee".

Investing in movies is back in trend and venture capital firms are gearing up for the mega show. Exhilway venture capital fund, the world's largest emerging markets venture capital fund will invest US $100 million in the year 2014 to produce five movies in India. Exhilway venture capital will launch a film fund for the global accredited investors. The fund aims to generate returns ranging from 25-40% within 18 months. The fund will offer complete capital protection to its investors.

Exhilway is in talks with several blockbuster directors in India and has started finalizing fresh faces. The movies will be of international standards and will be dubbed in several major languages before they are globally released.

The movies will be based on the subject of general entertainment, romance and thriller. Reportedly, Exhilway venture capital plans to launch Big Boss 7 fame "Pratyusha Banerjee" in their first psycho thriller movie. The actress was approached by Mahesh Bhatt last year but the project never took off.

"India loves seeing movies, the movie industry is booming day by day. The new screens are being added and the movies are gaining international accreditation. Our fund is focusing on strong story and not the superstars, we are happy taking talented fresh faces. The acceptability of new talent is increasing," said Ashish Patel, fund manager of Exhilway's proposed film fund.
