Deputy Secretary for Behavioral Health and Disabilities, Dr. Gayle Jordan - Randolph Accepts Invitation to Keynote Neighbor To Family, Inc. (Baltimore) "2013 Siblings of the Year" Dinner
September 5, 2013 (Newswire.com) - Later this month, on September 25th at the Forum Caterers in Baltimore City, Neighbor To Family, Inc. (Baltimore), will host its sixth annual Siblings of the Year event. This year, we are pleased to welcome the esteemed Dr. Gayle Jordan-Randolph as our keynote speaker.
Dr. Jordan-Randolph is the Deputy Secretary for Behavioral Health and Disabilities at the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (appointed in October 2012). She is a clinically trained child psychiatrist, adult psychiatrist, and forensic psychiatrist with over fifteen years of experience in Maryland's behavioral health system. Dr. Jordan-Randolph attended the University of Virginia where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Master of Education in Educational Psychology. She earned her Medical Degree from Howard University, College of Medicine and trained in Adult, Child and Forensic Psychiatry at The University of Maryland.
Neighbor To Family, Inc. (whose mission supports keeping Maryland's abused and neglected siblings from being separated in foster homes or through adoption), is honored by Dr. Jordan-Randolph's acceptance of our invitation and invites all members of the community to join us as well.
