Commercial Real Estate Investment Class Sold Out in Miami
Florida commercial real estate market shows changes as investment class adds more seats to accommodate demand of Real Estate professionals
December 20, 2012 (Newswire.com) - Todd Kuhlmann, CCIM, teaches his self-authored investment Real Estate course to an over-full class in Miami on December 10th and 11th. Titled 'Commercial RE-Tooled', Todd of CRE Training, LLC is on a circuit to teach rarely used Real Estate investment analysis methods to investors and Real Estate professionals nationwide.
Demand for the class resulted in adding additional seats for practitioners wanting to take advantage of the one-time Miami date. CRE Training partnered with Jim McCoy of KW Commercial, Miami for the class facility and on-location marketing efforts. "I'm convinced that I won't be able to catch another training opportunity over the next several years that will impact my commercial brokerage income like this one," states Jim, Managing Director of KW Commercial Miami.
The class began its tour in the Southern U.S., and will continue to schedule in other locations on a one-stop basis. Previous attendees, some traveling hours to attend their nearest course location, have responded with only positive reviews and surveys. Testimonials can be viewed on the CRETraining YouTube channel, in addition to www.cre-training.com.
Todd Kuhlmann has combined his twenty plus years of experience in Commercial Real Estate and investment with feedback from colleagues all over the nation to develop the 'Commercial RE-Tooled' course. The class begins with comparative data on investments from stocks and bonds to gold, and graphs showing attendees how Real Estate has historically outperformed other investments. Over the two-day course, students are immersed into actual case studies, and provided the opportunity to build upon their current knowledge with new analysis tools, and fresh perspective on maximizing investment dollars for themselves or clients they represent.
"The real estate and investment climate has changed dramatically over the past several years, and will continue to. The tools I teach can be utilized in any economy, and especially today's market where Real Estate can be the greatest hedge against economic and inflation concerns," says Kuhlmann. "I am so pleased to see the Miami and surrounding area professionals taking advantage of this unique educational offering."
Up-to-the-minute schedule information can be found at www.cre-training.com. The 'Commercial RE-Tooled' course can also be provided to private companies, investor groups and corporate offerings.
