China Safe Manufacturer Will Upgrade Production Facility to the Next Level
The largest china safes company AIPU safes will invest 3 million dollar to upgrade their production facility in Ningbo for more professional safe manufacturing.
Online, November 13, 2013 (Newswire.com) - AIPU Safes , the Ningbo China based industry leader in china safes industry , today announced a strategic corporate re-organizing plan that includes $3 million future investment in the company's Ningbo manufacturing operations over next two years.
According to the company officials, the investment will support growth and enhancement of its core product range includes gun safes , commercial safes and home safes.
As part of reorganizing, production of commercial safes and home safes in their Ningbo Beilun factory will move to a new location. This separated production will bring more professional factories per product range.
The $3 million investment will focus on those product that are core to AIPU business. AIPU safes will now produce better quality safes with cheaper price by adopting advanced safes manufacturing technology.
"We have been the best safes manufacturer in China with the old fashioned manufacturing method by far. We believe that we need to move on to the next stage of safes manufacturing" said Mr.Cao, the new president of AIPU gun safes business unit.
"We already ordered the 2nd laser cutting machine to replace current shearing machine and punching machine. Then the robotic bending machine will be in operation from April,2014 . Robotic painting machine is being installed now and we can use it from January. Whit all these automated production , we expect more precise sheet metal work and eventually reach to more consistent quality " said Mr.Cao
With recent successful UL burglary test result for their gun safes in Oct, AIPU is expecting more export of gun safes to US. By adopting all these automated production , AIPU will have increased capacity.
