Something glamorous is happening in the Philippines. Century Properties, a Philippine real estate developer, is radically changing the Filipino real estate landscape with its high-end condominiums and international brand partnerships.

Armani/Casa is the latest design firm to link with Century Properties on a development. Established to help Giorgio Armani pursue his vision for modern interior design, the company draws heavily on Armani's color palettes and fashion sense, bringing to home interiors the same sense of sophistication and elegance that his clothing lines bear.
"Giorgio Armani has an incredible eye for functional yet celebratory design," explains Antonio. "You see it in his fashion. You see it lived out in the brand. And people really respond to that.
The building Armani/Casa is working on is Century Spire, a 60-story residential tower designed by the Polish-American designer Daniel Libeskind, the master architect behind the World Trade Center masterplan in New York City and the Reflections at Keppel Bay, Singapore.
"Armani/Casa is the perfect fit for Century Spire," says Antonio. The aim, he says, is to reach out to clientele that typify the Armani/Casa lifestyle, or those who subscribe to the idea that "life must be lived with certain finesse and class."
