Client Services Specialist

Candidate will interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls
  • Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling
  • Advise on company information
  • Generate sales leads
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Provide ongoing documentation of all Product Support calls in the CRM and escalation of calls to other departments (Technical Support, Development) when necessary

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-year customer service experience
  • Excellent telephone manner and listening skills
  • Excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to take projects to completion with attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks
