Blue-Emu Gears Up For 2012 PBR World Finals

This year Team Blue-Emu riders LJ Jenkins and JB Mauney are ranked third and fifth respectively as they head to the finals.
Mauney, who started the season off strong, suffered a broken hand after being stepped on by a bull. The injury required surgery and kept him from competing in several events. He returned to competition much earlier than anticipated by switching riding hands, something that has never been done in PBR history.
Jenkins, on the other hand, climbed his way up the rankings during the season. He positioned himself in the top two for several weeks, and now heads into the finals in third. He trails the 2011 World Champion Silvano Alves and Valdiron de Olivera, who ended 2011 in 2nd.
Blue-Emu will have a booth on the arena concourse during the World Final events Oct. 24th- 28th at the Thomas & Mack Center. There they will feature product samples and information. They will also have a booth at the PBR World Finals Fan Zone & Marketplace located at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino. The Fan Zone is free and open to the public with several of the top riders making appearances for autograph signings and interviews with PBR's exclusive entertainer, Flint Rasmussen.
