Bettie Page Clothing Announces Contest
Bettie Page Clothing has announced a new and exciting contest that allows customers to participate in choosing part of BPC's next collection.
Online, December 5, 2012 (Newswire.com) - Bettie Page Clothing announced the launch of a new contest called "Bring It Back". The contest encourages vintage clothing lovers to submit old photos of relatives and friends wearing retro fashions.
Bettie Page Clothing decided to introduce the contest in response to the high number of customer requests to recreate fashion looks and items worn by family members in their favorite childhood memories.
Tatyana, co-CEO and designer of Bettie Page Clothing is giving customers the opportunity to decide which pieces make it into the next Bettie Page Clothing collection. Inspired by the photos submitted by customers and voted upon, Tatyana will design modern day versions of your favorite pieces. Participants are encouraged to submit old photos of parents, grandparents, relatives, etc., in classic 1940's and 50's outfits for a chance to win many fabulous prizes. Photos must be submitted no later than January 31, 2013. See directions and official contest rules below.
Contests Directions/Rules
1.Send in all photo submissions to publicrelations@bettiepageclothing.com by January 31, 2013. The subject line should read "Bring it Back Contest - (Insert name of owner or person wearing outfit here)." There is no limit as to how many photos and emails participants can send, but please limit one person per email. (i.e. Participants can send 5 photos of one person in different dresses in one email, and 1 photo of another person in another email).
2.Tatyana will hand select 18 of her favorite photos, based on style, uniqueness and her ability to produce these dresses (dress construction, bead work, embroidery, fabric and fit). Top 18 finalists will be notified via email used to submit the photo. All top 18 finalists will receive gift certificates to Bettie Page Clothing.
3.The top 18 photos will be uploaded onto Facebook by February 4, 2013, in which the voting process will take place until February 25, 2013. The top 6 winners will be announced on March 1, 2013.
4.Top 6 winners will have a modern-day dress made, inspired from their winning photo, and will receive rights to name the dress. Top 6 winners will also receive a gift certificate to Bettie Page Clothing, along with a dress of their choice, and a photo of Tatyana with the dress personally inscribed to the entrant.
