The owner of several large commercial buildings located in a heavily commercial district of Los Angeles consulted with Greencrest Energy Solutions to identify ways in which they could reduce their energy consumption, decrease their greenhouse gas emissions and reduce energy costs. After extensive site surveys and assessments, energy saving controls were installed on over a dozen rooftop air conditioning systems. The client was able to realize an energy consumption reduction of 18 percent. Greencrest Energy Solutions, employed the ECO-3 proprietary technology developed by Smartcool Systems.
