John Brost Chosen to Lead All Star's Operations in Orlando

On the heels of announcing its expansion to Captiva Island, Fla., All Star Vacation Homes, the hospitality leader for vacation home property management and marketing in Central Florida, has appointed John Brost as General Manager of operations for All Star's Orlando vacation rental inventory. Brost brings more than 41 years of experience in the hospitality industry to guide the All Star Vacation Homes operations teams and direct All Star's local operations, policies and procedures.

Contributing his talent and expertise in lodging, resort management and tourism, Brost will be responsible for achieving optimal guest and home owner satisfaction, supporting All Star Vacation Homes' commitment to offer the highest level of hospitality. He will lead Guest Services, Owner Relations, Property Care and Quality Control Teams and play a pivotal role in maintaining identity brand standards. He will shape operations and service standards for the company while monitoring budget and asset utilization. He will be instrumental in maintaining and building strategic partnerships with local organizations, regional suppliers and vendors, serving as a liaison to All Star and its Orlando collection of more than 250 vacation homes, town homes and condos.

Brost holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the School of Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management in the University of Denver's Daniels College of Business. He formerly worked as General Manager for Mystic Dunes Resort and Golf Club in Celebration,
Fla. He also held the General Manager title for 26 years in a variety of roles for Richfield

Hospitality Management Company. Brost served on the board for the Central Florida Hotel and Lodging Association for 15 years and was a past chairman on the Marketing Advisory Committee for the Kissimmee CVB and Osceola County Regional Area Council on Tourism in Kissimmee, Fla. He was the founding president of the Napa Valley, Calif. CVB and has worked for several hotels throughout the country including Hilton Hotels and Resorts.
