Aldrige Law Group Speaks on Florida Being Top in Foreclosure Rates

"We are in this industry to help those in need of legal assistance. For those who are facing foreclosure, we will continue to give them options; solutions that will help them avoid such a dreaded issue" -Aldrige Law Group

Following the reports from CoreLogic and RealtyTrac which revealed that Florida still led the nation in foreclosure rate, Aldrige Law Group (ALG), a legal service provider in Florida, assures to improve and increase their foreclosure and legal services for the benefit of all.

In several reports, of the 658,463 foreclosures completed nationwide over the last year, 111,000 of them, or nearly 17 percent, were in Florida, despite of the state's housing market showing solid recovery.
Ranked on second is Michigan with 60,000 foreclosures completed followed by California, Texas, and Georgia.

In a press briefing, ALG acknowledged the need for various private agencies and government institutions to heighten and progress solutions against foreclosure.

"It is very frustrating that until now a lot of families lost their homes because of foreclosure. On a 12-month period, several couples and children lost that sense of security that they had a place to turn to" Bryan Moore, marketing director and legal consultant for ALG, stated.

"This alone should serve as a wake-up call not only for concerned government agencies but also for private legal service providers. This is really the time that we develop deep solutions that will help our fellow Americans in terms of crisis" Moore added.

When asked what their clients can expect from them, Moore emphasized to strengthen their services and make them result-oriented.

"We are in this industry to help those in need of legal assistance. For those who are facing foreclosure, we will continue to give them options; solutions that will help them avoid such a dreaded issue" he answered.

However, Moore also stressed the need for individuals and families to be conscientious and thorough especially if they are under mortgage loans.

"When you have monthly dues to pay and mortgage loans to consider, you really need to be wary on your expenses. You cannot have the luxury to spend more and save less unless your earnings will allow you to do so" the legal consultant said.

"How you can avoid foreclosure will start on you being responsible" Moore stressed.

ALG also encourages individuals to research various government programs that will help them avoid foreclosure or reduce the implications of it.
