Abba Self Storage Announces New Buildings Nearly Full

Company finds larger units are providing more options for both business and self storage customers. The demand remains strong for secure, high-tech storage

Abba Self Storage Units is pleased to announce that a substantial portion of the new buildings recently added on to their existing state-of-the-art storage facilities are nearly full. It was earlier this year that the last of the 20,000 square foot expansion was completed and opened for business.

The new buildings have served to answer the growing demand of customers for storage options that are both technologically advanced as well as clean and well-managed. No doubt their convenience to the entire East Bay area helps to play a role in Abba's success as they are located in Concord with easy access to Highway 680/4 and 242.

Abba's property manager, Jeff Smith, says, "We have been extremely surprised by the quick response from the surrounding community for more storage space". Since most of the newer units are larger and offer up to 525 square feet, Smith added that the availability for secure self storage and business storage has just gotten easier. The facility attracts customers from Concord as well as meeting the self storage needs of Walnut Creek, Pacheco, Pittsburg, Martinez, Pleasant Hill and all of the East Bay area.

The appeal for businesses to use storage units as a solution for freeing up valuable office space has become more popular over the last decade in an effort to reduce operating cost. Companies are discovering that secure storage for important documents and files can be done and is a more cost effective way by using an outside source such as a storage facility.

Many storage facilities offer climate controlled units and security that would rival or exceed most average office buildings. Smith went on to say that, "Abba has high-tech video surveillance cameras and a restricted gate access system which should ease the minds of the most security conscious business owner or self storage customer".

As the city of Concord continues to grow into much more than just a bedroom community for the San Francisco area, business opportunities have kept pace. Concord's easy access to the entire region has been instrumental in attracting key firms and encouraging a steady growth in local businesses, which in turn, has made secure, convenient, storage solutions a good option for many business owners.
