Millennium Ministries Evangelism is founded and directed by Timothy (Tim) Smith. He holds a B.A. in geography from the University of Pittsburgh and a Master of Divinity from the Methodist Theological School in Delaware, Ohio. The organization was incorporated under the laws of the State of Ohio in St. Louisville, Ohio in 1991. Ministry outreaches include distribution of hundreds of Bibles, tens of thousands of tracts and other literature, newspaper and magazine ads in Central Ohio - including full page newspaper Scripture ads in the Lancaster Eagle Gazette and Newark Advocate.
Additional outreaches were in several local advertisers in Central Ohio, with special outreaches in Sandusky, Ohio and Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Numerous military chaplains were also reached with special letter stickers containing Scripture from Jesus
