2013 Business Highlights for Sales Mantra Team

Training and learning is the most essential in our industry. Training/ learning meetings were continuously held on weekly basis. This has resulted in significant increase of sales skills of our team members.

When look back at 2013 in retrospective, the year was again a great year in as much as the Sales Mantra team could charter new territories all over the country. A few of our achievements in 2013 are:
Team added almost 60 customers and 700 users during the entire year. It could take our reach to hitherto uncovered territories: Mumbai operations continued to perform magnificently thru its able team. Remote implementation of the product continued to be done by our team.The team is continuously closing orders on phone itself from remote locations spread across the country in India.
Training and learning is the most essential in our industry. Training/ learning meetings were continuously held on weekly basis. This has resulted in significant increase of sales skills of our team members. A great coordination was achieved in identifying new prospects, opening up the call, taking appointments, showing demo to the customer, finalizing the order, implementation, and training and after sale support. A number of large organizations could be opened up further negotiations are in full swing. Our team could collect many-many appreciation letters/mails from our customers about our product and services. The team achieved sales to top names in the industry like Techtronics, Biorad, Vipul Dyechem, Sakthi Finance, Aerodry.

The supremacy of our product got further certified vis a vis internationally known brands as these companies thoroughly assessed all the CRM's available in the market, before placing the order. This is a great tribute to our team and a matter of great pride for the management. We have now to build further on these remarkable achievements. One of the biggest achievements, which come to our mind, during the year, is the adaptability of our team to come to customer's expectations. The team has really started selling solution and is fully prepared about the customer's profile and his needs before he is contacted. This achievement though looks very small, will go very far in our closing business with the customers in future. This approach in fact has resulted in revival of number of customers who were not able to use the product because of their internal reasons.

A significant development during the year was our participation in Automation Exhibition in Mumbai. Our sales team did a tremendous job in improving the brand image of our product. We could close a number of orders during a short time from the list of prospects who visited us in the exhibition. We made a conscious decision of improving our customer services significantly in the year 2010 and the service team was upgraded significantly. The results of this are there for every one to see. We got many unsolicited appreciation letters from our customers certifying the performance of the software for improving sales, profits and customer satisfaction in their organizations. As you are all aware, this is the very objective of the software. Our technical team made special efforts in contacting the customers and resolve their day to day and other technical issues on the spot. Our technical team got a major breakthrough in bagging a technical support order from a major industrial organization. The project is going on very smoothly for the last 6 months and is expected to increase our revenue further during 2014. While every member of the team contributed to the success story, kudos to the following members of the team who continuously performed well throughout the year

We are sure these employees will deliver still better in 2014 as we believe their best is yet to come. We had set ourselves a target of at least 3 times growth in the year 2013 for which, we are glad that it has been met. We are now setting ourselves another stiff target of atleast another three times growth during the year 2014. Our team is fully capable of achieving this and we are confident that they will be able to meet this stiff target during the year. We are also setting ourselves a target for improving the product. Thereby increasing the adaptability of the product at the customer place.
