Vision33, Inc. Expands SAP Partnership With Acquisition of Netsirk Technologies

(Vision33)'s position as an SAP® gold channel partner and one of the largest SAP partners in the U.S. authorized to resell the SAP Business One application, the company recently announced the acquisition of Netsirk Technologies, Inc. (Netsirk), headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This acquisition provides a strategic fit with Vision33's core offerings and illustrates Vision33's continued commitment to the ERP software and services market for small to midsized enterprises (SMEs). In turn, Netsirk has built a reputation of success in Florida as an award-winning SAP gold channel partner, providing SAP Business One and related software and services to SMEs throughout the region.

Vision33 currently maintains a strong presence in the Northwestern, Southwestern and Central regions of the U.S., with eight offices throughout California, Oregon, Washington, Utah and Texas. With this recent acquisition, Vision33 broadens its geographic reach, extending for the first time its offerings to SMEs in the Southeastern region of the U.S.
