Working Knowledge CSP Awarded KM Consulting Contract by State of Wisconsin Department of Employee Trust Funds

Great Falls, Virginia, February 19, 2015 (Newswire.com) - The State of Wisconsin Department of Employee Trust Funds (ETF) competitively awarded Working KnowledgeCSP , a service disabled veteran owned small business, a multi-year contract with options to provide Knowledge Management (KM) Consulting support.  Working KnowledgeCSP will provide analysis of ETF KM requirements and consulting advice on the design, development, implementation, and sustainment of the ETF's evolving enterprise Knowledge Management Framework.  KM Training is also part of the delivery requirements.

Working KnowledgeCSP, in collaboration with subcontractor B3 Group, Inc, and ETF, will enable a corporate environment that fosters a desire for knowledge capture, retention, and reuse among the leadership and workforce that ensures its continual application, distribution, and creation. The ETF will be able to link their people and their knowledge together with an effective KM framework and supporting KM technologies that will also facilitate the enabling behavior that sustains both its use and the return on the investment in its use.

One of the several knowledge challenges that the KM Framework will address is the challenge of workforce turnover and knowledge loss that the ETF, like many other organization in both the public and private sectors, is confronting.
