The Ministry Of Employment And Economy Galicia Disclosed Its Strategy For Employment, Entrepreneurship And Innovation

The Ministry of Employment and the Economy of Castilla-La Mancha, through the Director General of Employment and Youth, Esther Baths, Galicia has participated in a conference on working with the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs Germany to promote the employability of young people and enhance mobility programs through dual training.

During the conference, held at the headquarters of the Fundación Paideia Galicia, stressed the importance of seeing Europe as a large map of opportunities for our young people to improve their job prospects, something that the Government of Castilla-La Mancha is pioneering nationwide.

At this meeting, told attendees Baos the various measures that the Government is launching Cospedal through its Action Plan on Youth Employment to "ensure that all our young people to develop their life projects in Castilla-La Mancha ".

He noted that the Ministry of Employment and the Economy has launched an ambitious plan worth over 26 million euros which aims to improve the employability of our youth and encourage entrepreneurship especially innovative base.

Furthermore, Baths reported that since the Government of Castilla-La Mancha, has also signed an agreement with the School of Industrial Organization to get a technician to accompany entrepreneurs in the route that goes from idea to consolidate the company. For this purpose, will be implemented in our region seven "centers of excellence" in order to "enhance innovation among our entrepreneurs."

He also outlined the agreement signed with the eight largest financial institutions in Castilla-La Mancha to ensure that "funding is not a barrier to help generate wealth and jobs in our region."

On the other hand, announced the actions have been carried out by the Government of Cospedal through actions initiated by the Ministry of Employment and the Economy to encourage hiring of young and unemployed workers aged 30 and 45.

Finally, he stressed "the regional government's commitment to employment and actions aimed at increasing entrepreneurship, especially among our youth."
