The day meeting package and one in ten complimentary offer is available at Surrey conference hotel, Barnett Hill, the Warwickshire meeting venue Woodside and Sundial Group's flagship Midlands meeting venue, Highgate House.
As dedicated meeting venues, each location offers all inclusive pricing with a fixed day rate that means no extra charges for an additional tea break, more stationary or use of equipment. Timings and the general arrangement of the day remain wholly flexible, allowing each non-residential day meeting package to be tailored to suit.
The comprehensive package includes the exclusive use of a meeting or conference room, equipped with specialist meeting furniture, bottled water, natural daylight and essential equipment such as flip charts, projector and screen. Free Wi-Fi access is available both in the meeting room itself and throughout the venue while place cards, paper pads, pencils, stationery 'toolkit' and a direct-dial phone are provided for maximum productivity.
Unlimited refreshments (tea, coffee, soft drinks and fresh fruit) are included within the rate, as is unlimited use of the coffee breakout station, where delegates can help themselves to a selection of lattes, teas, hot drinks and smoothies.
