SAPPHIRE LAGUNA HOSTS EASTER SUNDAY BRUNCH ON SUNDAY APRIL 24TH

Bring your family and enjoy Sapphire Laguna's Three Course Easter Brunch on Sunday April 24th, 2011. Chef Azmin Ghahreman's Easter menu features a decadent variety of traditional and seasonal offerings with his signature international flair. Easter Brunch will be served from 10:00am to 3:30pm for $42 exclusive of beverage, tax and gratuity. Kids can enjoy a half portion three course menu for $21 or the youngsters ages 5 to 12 can order from Sapphire's popular Kids Brunch menu. The Easter Brunch Menu begins with a Wild Mushroom, Leek and Asparagus Tart, Aged Goat Cheese with Marinated Olives and Herb Salad. For the Main Course, Chef Azmin will offer seven different creations, each featuring a global influence from his travels around the world.

*Duo of Eggs Benedict- English Muffin, Nueskie Bacon, Hollandaise, Lobster and Rock Shrimp Hash, Pancetta, Choron Sauce
*Savory Parmesan Pain Perdu with Prosciutto- Poached Eggs, Spring Greens, Roasted Tomato Pistou
*Japanese Salmon Robata Yaki-Vegetable Tempura, Fragrant Rice, Fried Egg, Condiments
*Bistro Crab Cake Salad- Organic Baby Field Greens, Bacon, Hard Boiled Eggs, Avocado Sunflower Seeds, Beets, Green Goddess Dressing
*Braised Lamb Ravioli and Merguez- Zucchini Blossoms, English Peas, Delicate Lemon-Rosemary Jus
*Pan-Seared Beef Tenderloin- Rocket with Sweet Onions, Heirloom Beans, Tarragon-Marsala Sauce
*Roasted Chicken in Alsatian Riesling- Baby Potatoes, Artichoke Fricassee, Morels, Shaved Pecorino

The Easter Brunch will conclude with spring-inspired desserts such as Strawberry Panna Cotta with Pistachio, Crème Fraiche and Local Honey; Chocolate Chip Cherry Ice Cream Pie with Almond Praline or a "Snicker's Bar" with Salted Peanut Caramel and Vanilla Ice Cream.
