Master Class with industry experts Ron Moore and Andrew Fraser. The two-day event will be held at the Holiday Inn Runcorn, near Manchester Airport, on Monday 20th and Tuesday 21st September 2010.
There are hundreds of different improvement tools designed to enhance operational performance on the market today - Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing and Root Cause Analysis, to name but a few. This master class is designed to simplify the selection process by assessing the leading improvement methodologies and providing tips on when best to use them.
