The series will focus on how brands can best service today's social savvy, internet-obsessed customers with real-time engagement strategies to better meet the needs of their customers, and, in turn, increase business revenue.

The first webinar, The Golden Guidelines to Actionable Social Engagement, will leverage the information from Provenir's whitepaper to illustrate best practices when listening and responding to customers on social networks. The webinar will highlight when it is appropriate to take action, when it is not, and how to leverage customer data to ensure the action taken is relevant to that individual customer.
