The awards are designed to make education more affordable for both college students and commercial driving students.
The first program is a completely new $1000 scholarship for college students. Application deadline is July 1st, 2015. The primary eligibility requirement is that applicants must have a family member working in the transportation industry.

The second program is a $500 scholarship for truck driving school and CDL licensing. Application deadline is May 1st, 2015. The award can be used to pay for tuition and books at the winner's school of choice.
