Singer Melinda Colaizzi Releases Music Video Honoring Blues Music Legends

Recording artist Melinda Colaizzi has released her first music video for her original song "Keeper Of The Flame". The song was inspired by the passing of blues legends, most recently B.B. King, and honors some of blues music greats, including B.B. King, Son House, Etta James & Howlin' Wolf.

Written with guitarist Kristian Habenicht, the video features Cara Garofalo on violin, as well as rare archival performance footage of Son House and B.B. King, among others. The video was filmed at the Pittsburgh Winery concert cellar and was Directed by Tom Kurlander of Pale Blue Entertainment.

This past August, "Keeper of the Flame" was the winner of the 91.3FM WYEP & Dos Equis singer-songwriter competition.
