When asked what the future holds, Kindle said her aspiration is to continue to provide great service to her customers and expand the scope and sustainability of her company. She noted:
"At this point, I'm on a five year plan to completely transition my company so that it is self-sustaining. With twenty in the business, I am at a point where I want it to run itself. I want my team to be able to run it for me so that I can take some time to travel. I do a lot of traveling now, but it’s for business. I'd like to start traveling for personal reasons and enjoying the fruits of my labor."
Kindle is presently a member of NAHREP, AREAA, NABPOP, NAREB, National Association of Realtors, Illinois Association of Realtors, Greater Gateway Association of Realtors, Realtor Association of Southwestern Illinois, National Association of Short Sale Professionals, and The Open Door Institute.
