Schaub & Srote Announces Plan to Acquire Commercial Architecture Firm

Schaub & Srote Architects, LLC. has entered into an agreement to acquire John Lark & Associates, an accomplished architectural firm that specializes in commercial project master planning and design in the mid-west market.

Schaub & Srote Architects, LLC. announced it has entered into an agreement to acquire John Lark & Associates, an accomplished architectural firm that specializes in commercial project master planning and design in the mid-west market.

The purchase of John Lark & Associates, based in Webster Groves, MO, further increases the current capabilities of which Schaub & Srote provides the commercial market along with extending their geographical reach to many other states including: Ohio, Michigan, Mississippi, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, and North Carolina. JLA's clients will obtain access to the breadth of skills and resources available within the Schaub & Srote firm.

The integration of both firms will take place over the next few months. JLA's clients will continue to receive the highest quality service and support, which they have learned to expect.
