Leilani Howard is the owner and lead designer of the Rolani's Wonderland. She's an astute entrepreneur as well as wife to a former United States Navy Petty Officer. She is also a mother to five incredible children.

Rolani's Wonderland was founded on the winter of December 2012 in Bakersfield, California during a much troubled time for Leilani's family. 

She had been hospitalized for pre-term labor for her yet-to-be born daughter who once born, had to be put under intensive care for several weeks with various complications. The baby remained hospitalized even after Leilani was released from the hospital and the only thing that came to mind to comfort her infant daughter, was a handmade blanket to keep her warm and comfortable. 

This was to prove to be the defining moment for the company because as soon as the baby was discharged and reunited with her family, the idea for Rolani's Wonderland was born. 

That same night, the entire family snuggled up to watch the Disney's film classic, "Alice in Wonderland" and it was then that Leilani discovered that cherishing time with family defined her wonderland. Thus, it was then that the signature business slogan for Rolani's Wonderland was coined: "What's your Wonderland Moment?"
