Rochester Artist Adam Allen Berry Offering Restoration Services to Art Lovers City-Wide

Free estimates to people looking to touch up damaged pieces.

To many, a house is not a home without paintings, prints, or photos adorning the walls. Oftentimes, a work of art is what gives a room its personality. Because of this it is understandably tragic when a painting is damaged in a move, and unfortunately even the most protected painting cannot always stand the test of time. Eventually, even natural wear will become noticeable both to the family who walk past the work on a daily basis and to one-time guests.

Fortunately there is hope in these circumstances, and his name is Adam Allen Berry. The artist, who has earned his Master of Fine Arts degree, is offering to restore paintings of every kind to patrons in the Rochester area. You may have seen Berry around the city this summer, as he has been spotted at both the Public Market and the Jazz Festival painting his own originals. Berry’s skills in oil, acrylic, and watercolor paints make him more than qualified to patch up those beloved sitting room favorites. Berry is also offering help to aspiring artists with damaged canvases: he can patch even serious rips by working on the back of the canvas, so that the front will be ready to be painted on in no time.

Berry teaches as well as sells his original paintings and sculptures, but has found time to add restoration to his list of services. He is offering free estimates of the work that it will take to return any piece to its former glory. Those interested in meeting with Berry can book an appointment with him by calling (585) 287-5802.
