River Expeditions Announces The 2015 Dates For "Spring Fling" Weekends!

This trip includes moderate to difficult rapids in areas where the gorge is narrow, all while being surrounded by the beauty of nature. River Expeditions outfits rafting trips down the New and Gauley Rivers from April to October. These trips consist of navigating a stretch of the rivers on an inflatable raft for about 5-7 hours, including a break for lunch. While no experience is necessary to raft on the milder sections of the river, there are several trip options for the veteran rafter and adrenaline junkie! The ability to swim is not required, but it is helpful. Additionally, rafters are equipped with all necessary safety equipment: a Coast Guard approved Type V Life Jacket, Paddle, and Helmet.
