PureNet Wins IT Award for Albany Assistance Online Portal
Albany Assistance's online customer portal built by PureNet has beaten off a strong field to pick up the Vertical Market Solution award at the 2015 IT European Software Excellence Awards.
York, United Kingdom, April 22, 2015 (Newswire.com) - PureNet, the specialist ecommerce agency that delivers solutions for leading names in retail, wholesale and B2B scooped the award for the fifth time at the annual event, which took place at the Lancaster Hotel, London on March 25th 2015.
A total of 83 companies from 32 European countries made the final shortlist and the solution that won the award was an online self-service portal created by PureNet and Albany, designed to give Albany customers around the clock access their claim and allowing them to review and sign key service agreements.

The portal had to be legally watertight, easy to use on all devices and the user experience needed to be highly intuitive and make complex actions straightforward – and it was these factors that helped it scoop the award.
