Phoenix Specialty Manufacturing Announces New Risk-Free Promise for Specialty Parts Customers

Phoenix Specialty Manufacturing Co., a South Carolina-based manufacturer of washers, shims, seals, gaskets, spacers and other specialty stampings, has announced a new initiative for their current and prospective customers. The initiative, which is a first in their industry, is a Risk-Free Promise that responds to the growing need for higher customer service quality within this industry by providing a three-way written guarantee.

  Delivery - Parts will ship by the date promised when the order was placed. If for some reason they are unable, and the customer is in immediate need of the parts, Phoenix will overnight the order at their own expense.

  Price - Phoenix will not increase the prices on the customer’s subsequent orders for a period of twelve months. This provides cost certainty for the buyer, who will no longer have to repeatedly re-quote the same parts throughout the year. Phoenix Specialty does not offer lower introductory rates, only to increase their prices once the customer has tried them.
